Delivery
Most deliveries are made within 5 days of the order being received by the merchant. However, some items may take a little longer - please allow up to two weeks for domestic delivery and four weeks for international delivery.

Stock Availability
All items displayed on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. If for any reason a merchant is unable to supply all items requested in an order, the unavailable item(s) will be placed on backorder. These will be delivered as soon as the item(s) become available.

Supply by TMA Australia.

Following receipt of funds by TMA Australia, and assuming that all your application documentation is in order

(a) in the case of a registration for a seminar, function or similar event your name will be added to the list of attendees and you will be entitled to admission to the event;
(b) in the case of registration for membership, a letter will be sent to you within 14 days of the next TMA Board meeting, confirming your membership and providing your password for your use of the TMA Australia website as a member of TMA Australia.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice. Please affix appropriate postage to the package and send it to the merchant’s address shown on the invoice. The cost of this postage is not refundable. Immediately the product is returned you will receive an immediate credit or refund of the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges). If you receive a product that is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please call the relevant merchant’s Customer Service number to arrange an exchange or refund.

• Membership: Non refundable
• Registration Fees General: Non refundable Delegate substitution available up to 24 hours prior to the function.
• Registration Fees Special Event: Refund policy specific to each event with details available on event documentation.
