What is its mission?

The Mission Statement approved in 2009  states the Association's scope and purpose.

  • fostering the professional development of TMA members;

What is TMA?

Turnaround Management Association the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.

Who belongs to TMA?

With international headquarters in Chicago, TMA has nearly 9,000 members in 45 chapters, including 32 in North America, and one in Australia, China, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Southern Africa, Spain, Taiwan and the UK, with chapters in formation in Hong Kong, Italy, Spain and Austria. They comprise a professional community of turnaround practitioners, lawyers, accountants, investors, lenders, venture capitalists, appraisers, liquidators, executive recruiters and consultants.

How do I become a member?

You can join online now or e-mail membership@turnaround.org.au for a membership brochure and application.

How do I find a TMA member?

Go to the home page on the left hand side and click on Members. You can search for members by name, location, specialty areas and other criteria.

How much does it cost?

Memberships are available on an individual or corporate basis and run on a calendar year from January 1 to December 31. Membership fees are listed on the membership application.

Membership includes: free access to the monthly Journal of Corporate Renewal; the inclusion of your member profile on the TMA Australia and TMA International Websites; and access to members-only sections of the Website.
