Have a News Article Published

Members are invited to submit articles on any range of related topics to news@turnaround.org.au Below are just some of the areas and criteria on which articles are to be submitted. 

Member Article

A forum for TMA members to write opinion pieces on various topics or to submit their article on a particular topic. The submissions will need to be approved by the TMA Board prior to inclusion.

Member Case Study

To showcase our members and the successful turnarounds they have worked on whether they have project managed the turnaround or were involved in the financing of the deal. The following sets out the structure of how each case study should be submitted:

  • Company/Project Name: (self explanatory)
  • TMA Member Involved: (self explanatory)
  • Background: (a 1-2 paragraph overview of the background of the client involved)
  • Key Issues: (4-5 bullet points of the major issues that had caused the downturn in the performance of the business)
  • Major Initiatives: (say 5-10 bullet points on the major initiatives undertaken to turn the business around or solve its crisis)
  • Outcome: (describe the financial and operational turnaround and what was achieved with reference to revenue, earnings and/or cash flow improvements)
  • Please note that the submissions will need to be approved by the TMA Board prior to inclusion.
