State Committees

PREAMBLE

Management of State committees, structures and operations to coordinate with the national structure also ensuring a fair representation of professions and companies is maintained.

Structure: 

State Co-ordinator – A Member of the National Board of Directors appointed by the Board

States:

State Chairman – Voted by a show of hands by the majority of the State Committee

State Committee Chairs – Various – Appointed positions

  • PD Meetings
  • Secretary

The office of State Chairman is to be rotated / voted on each year. An existing Chair cannot stand in a subsequent year without the approval of the Board.

The Secretary is responsible to make appropriate minutes of all State Committee Meetings including any inserts from sub committees. 

  • Minutes should be sent to: The TMA Office Manager Email: info@turnaround.org.au
  • To be received by the Office Manager 8 days prior to the monthly National Board Meetings

Membership of the State committee must be representative of the professional and company representation of the TMA Australia membership.

State events and functions are to be self funding but may include sponsorship allowing for function, speaker and administrative costs.

All positions available to current members of TMA Australia Limited only.
