Registrations and orders

ll registrations and orders placed through this web site are accepted subject to confirmation by TMA Australia. Where the goods and services are either no longer available, or not currently available you will be notified by TMA Australia as soon as possible.

TMA Australia may vary prices in the event of either price changes or errors made. If TMA Australia requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to TMA Australia prior to the event or shipment.

Payment

Payment may be made through the payment section of this web site.

Following receipt of funds by TMA Australia, and assuming that all your application documentation is in order

(a) in the case of a registration for a seminar, function or similar event your name will be added to the list of attendees and you will be entitled to admission to the event;

(b) in the case of registration for membership, a letter will be sent to you within 14 days confirming your membership and providing your password for your use of the TMA Australia website as a member of TMA Australia.

All pricing is in and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Returns and refunds

• Membership: Non refundable
• Registration Fees General: Non refundable Delegate substitution available up to 24 hours prior to the function.
• Registration Fees Special Event: Refund policy specific to each event with details available on event documentation.

Liability

Any liability of TMA Australia in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of TMA Australia be limited to:

• In relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 
• In relation to services, the supplying of the services or equivalent services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
