Darryl's career has spanned 33 years, with 21 years in Chartered Practice, principally in the fields of Corporate Restructuring, Financial Risk Management and Insolvency. Darryl has also spent 12 years in Banking and Finance where for six of those years between 2000 - 2006 the focus was on Credit Risk Management and Impaired Asset Management for a major Australian Banking Institution.

Darryl's experience between 1998 and 2000 in the UK was principally conducting Independent Business Reviews for the major UK Banking Institutions. Darryl is also an experienced Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Tracy has a broad range of experience across various industries including property and residential land development, transport, retail, agriculture and accommodation. Tracy was a key advisor on the liquidation of the $2.2 billion ASX listed Octaviar Group of companies. Tracy was also the lead partner of the voluntary administration of a regional airline which saw the novel application of a creditors’ trust to preserve an Air Operating Certificate (AOC) – the first time an AOC has been preserved following an external administration.

Tracy joined the TMA Queensland Committee in 2015 and also holds board positions with:

- The Leontine Circle (a not for profit providing financial support to organisations associated with assisting women and children affected by domestic violence);

- Red House Residential and Day Clinic (a start-up not for profit aimed at providing holistic care to sufferers of chronic eating disorders).
