Ben is Director of TIGER ASSET GROUP, responsible for our Restructuring & Finance service line on a national basis. He has over 20 years experience in the Valuation & Auction industry managing large scale asset valuation and sale projects on behalf of Banks, Insolvency Practitioners and large corporates across many industries.

Prior to joining TIGER ASSET GROUP, Ben was the General Manager for the Western Australian operations of Graysonline, one of Australiaís leading e-commerce participants. In addition to management of day-to-day operations, Ben provided plant and equipment valuation and auction services to leading insolvency practitioners, restructuring professionals, financiers and large corporates.

Ben has worked in the valuation and Auction industry for over 20 years, starting out with a Canadian based company (Century Services), who were primarily involved in the appraisal, capital funding and sale of distressed assets. Soon after he attended Auction School in Billings, Montana USA. He commenced work with The Graysonline Group in 1998 and has experience across a wide range of industry sectors including Mining, Agriculture, Transport, Construction, Earthmoving, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Consumer Retail Products . During his career Ben has personally managed over 3,000 valuation and asset disposition projects, both in Australia and Internationally.

Ray has lead many large scale transformation and restructuring assignments for global brands including international airlines (Caribbean and Southern Europe), finance and technology service companies (Central & Western Europe) and specific advisory on numerous other projects. Ray‚Äôs specialty lies in his ability to prepare ‚Äúbankable‚ÄĚ business transformation plans, their translation in action and ultimate delivery ‚Äď remaining accountable throughout the process.Ray, now based in Perth, founded Catalise in 2001 in London where he built a multidisciplinary team of professionals with operational experience that design and delivers all aspects of sustainable change. Catalise has been recognised on numerous occasions with industry awards for their delivery approach and results.

Ray’s appetite for change and innovation has spurred his philanthropic passion in supporting new technologies and start up businesses including co-founding the West Australian Angel Investor network.

Rob has over 35 years experience in the corporate and commercial and insolvency areas of law. Rob was a longstanding partner in major national law firm Clayton Utz, founder of boutique firm McKenzie Moncrieff and then a board member and partner of Jackson McDonald.

He is a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, a director of Keystart Loans Ltd (a company owned by the Western Australian Housing Authority) and a director of Black Swan State Theatre Company Ltd.

He has acted on a number of Australia’s most significant listed company reconstructions and was national chair of the Law Council of Australia’s Committee in the area. He has also chaired the Law Society of Western Australia’s Commercial Law Committee and Western Australia’s sub-committee of the Law Council of Australia’s Corporate Law Committee.

Rob acts for a range of major insolvency practitioners, accounting firms, public and major private companies and litigation funders and has acted for a number of government agencies and banks. He has been assisting in the commercialising of technology companies.

He regularly acts in resolving corporate and commercial disputes, and corporate governance issues in hostile corporate meetings and contests and the sale, purchase and financing of businesses and assets and structuring and implementation of projects in a diverse range of industry sectors; including mining, technology, property, transport, health, construction, agriculture, finance, franchising, liquor and mining and professional services. He has represented parties in a number of takeovers and successful Takeovers Panel applications. He has also acted on major litigation matters.

Rob was appointed by the Australian Federal government to the committees reviewing funding to non-government schools, Insolvency Practitioners and Controllers and in 2010 to the Round Table on Managed Investment Schemes.

He is a founding member of the International Insolvency Institute, was a representative of the UNCITRAL working group on cross border insolvency in Vienna and taught part-time at the University of Western Australia for 10 years.

Scott works with private businesses to build and embed management systems, practices and cultures that turn business strategy into reality.

Scott has worked with clients in a number of industries including technology, energy and resources, transport and logistics, manufacturing, construction and professional services. Scott and his team were actively involved in a successful business transformation which was awarded joint winner of the TMA's 2014 Australasian SME Turnaround of the Year.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Applied Finance from Kaplan. He is also accredited to administer and evaluate a range of psychometric assessments.

The nab business Risk team is made up of 22 Managers and support staff and provide local Credit Decisioning and formal work out services to NAB's business customer segment here in WA.

Richard started his career with NAB's in WA ,performing pre management and management roles in Retail Banking, Business Banking and SBS before moving to Melbourne as a Senior Relationship Manager in SBS Australia. Since then he has worked in the NAB's Group Internal Audit (Melbourne and the UK ) and was a Director in the NAB's Group Credit Assurance team prior to moving back to WA to take on his current role just over 3 years ago.
