In recent times, Cameron has been involved in some of the most high-profile national restructuring and insolvency matters involving complex debt and derivative and other structured finance products.

Adrian Arundell

Adrian Arundell is a Partner at KPMG with 15 years experience in mergers and acquisitions. With the growing M&A activity in WA, Adrian’s focus is on leveraging his experience to substantially increase KPMG’s presence in the local market. He considers his most significant achievement project managing the $120 million sale of The Salvation Army's national aged care assets. Other significant transactions he has advised on recently include the sale of Westnet to iiNet for $80m, sale of The Trading Post Group to Telstra for $640m, and acquisition of the Moran Aged Care Group by AMP for $120m. Adrian is a Fellow of FINSIA, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Member of AICD. Adrian was a winner of a WA Business News 40 under 40 Award in 2009.

Ben Bartholomaeus

Ben has practised as a corporate lawyer for more than six years and was previously a Senior Associate with leading Australian law firm, Clayton Utz. He holds a combined law and commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. Ben also recently completed a Financial Services Institute of Australasia graduate certificate in Applied Finance and Investment. He brings to the Group valuable legal, corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions expertise. Ben commenced with Wyllie Group on 1 August 2006.
Phil practises in the area of commercial litigation and specialises in the area of turnaround and insolvency law. He advises insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, purchasers of distressed assets and borrowers in relation to their rights and obligations where an entity is in financial difficulty. Clients benefit from his knowledge of corporate reconstructions and the various insolvency regimes including administrations, receiverships and liquidations. Phil also advises clients in the resolution of complex commercial disputes.
Phil is also a member of the Western Australian Division of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Gordon is a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Group with nine years corporate advisory experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings. Gordon has worked on a wide variety of Australian and cross boarder transactions for clients in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure and General Industrial sectors.
