Lorraine Antoun

Lorraine Antoun has built a successful career in banking with over twenty years experience with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) in Sydney, Perth, and London, and with SociétéGénérale in Sydney. She began her career in frontline and spent most of her career in Risk Management. In 2023, Lorraine transitioned to restructuring and workout as General Manager Group Credit Structuring, Risk Management at CBA.
Lorraine possesses a deep understanding of the banking sector, with a proven track record in risk management, credit analysis, transaction structuring and product. She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of business customers, from small to medium enterprises to large institutional customers and private equity firms.

Tony McGrath
Founding Partner, McGrathNicol
Tony is a Founding Partner of McGrathNicol and a highly regarded expert specialising in restructuring and insolvency. He has applied his extensive knowledge and expertise to a wide range of complex, high-profile engagements, including the collapse of HIH Insurance –one of the largest failures in Australian corporate history.
Other high-profile engagements include Henry Walker Eltin, Trio Capital, Banksia Securities Limited, Great Southern Limited, Airport Rail Link and Pan Pharmaceuticals. Tony works across a broad range of industries including insurance, superannuation, finance, transport, mining and property.
Today, Tony is a consultant to the firm and is a Non-Executive Director on a number of public and private companies, as well as a Non-Executive Director for several not-for-profit organisations.

Tony Berg
Director, Gresham
Tony is a Director at Gresham and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Gresham Property.
Tony was the first Managing Director and CEO of Macquarie Bank.
Tony was later CEO of Boral Limited and has held numerous board roles throughout his career, including with ING Australia Bank, Kaplan Partners Limited, and Jawun, Corporate Indigenous Partnerships. He is also active in the arts, having served as a Council Member of The National Gallery of Australia, director of Musica Viva Australia, and director of The Sydney Institute. He has also served as a Member of the Board of Management of the Australian Graduate School of Management and a member of the Australia Council.
