2026 TMA Economic Outlook (Melbourne)

Sponsored by Deloitte

The Victorian TMA committee is pleased to invite you to the 2026 TMA Economic Outlook.

Join us for a lively and insight‑packed exploration of what’s ahead for Victoria’s economy. David Rumbens from Deloitte Access Economics will open the session with a sharp, engaging macroeconomic update, zeroing in on the trends shaping the Victorian market right now and the forces likely to influence the year ahead.

The conversation then shifts gears into a dynamic panel discussion, where David will be joined by James Elsom (The Riverside Company) and Lissie Ratcliff (FMRS Advisory). Together, they’ll unpack Victoria’s economic outlook for 2026 — from shifting investment sentiment to emerging opportunities, pressure points across key sectors, and the potential impact of this year’s state election on business confidence and market behaviour.

Expect a fast‑moving, thought‑provoking session designed for practitioners who want to stay ahead of the curve and understand the signals that matter. A great opportunity to sharpen your perspective and connect with peers across the turnaround and restructuring community.

Thanks to our event sponsor, Deloitte.
